Control You Money
Общий учёт операций и остатков по картам — для вас и тех, с кем вы им поделились.
Многие банки не дают совместного доступа к счёту: операции по карте видит только её владелец. Control You Money собирает операции по вашим картам и наличным в одном месте и показывает их вам и людям, которым вы открыли доступ, — в браузере на любом устройстве, включая iPhone, и в приложении для Android.
Что умеет
- Операции из уведомлений банка. Приложение для Android по вашему разрешению читает уведомления банковских приложений и превращает их в операции: сумма, карта, получатель, остаток.
- Шаблоны для разных банков. Формат уведомлений описывается шаблонами. Уведомление, которое не удалось распознать, не меняет баланс, а ждёт подходящего шаблона.
- Ручные счета и операции. Наличные и другие счета без уведомлений ведутся вручную. Остаток меняется только операциями, а расхождение с банком исправляется корректировкой.
- Общий доступ. Кнопка «Поделиться» открывает счёт и его операции другому человеку по адресу e-mail.
- Теги и автотеги. Операции помечаются тегами; по названию магазина тег ставится автоматически.
Как начать
- Войдите на control-you.money через аккаунт Google.
- На Android установите приложение, включите в разделе «Ещё» пересылку уведомлений и дайте доступ к ним.
- Поделитесь нужными счетами с близкими — они увидят их, войдя со своим аккаунтом Google.
Данные
Вход — через Google: приложение получает только имя, e-mail и фото профиля. Читаются уведомления только банковских приложений из списка «Банки». Данные хранятся на сервере в ЕС, не продаются и не передаются третьим лицам. Подробнее — в политике конфиденциальности.

Control You Money
Shared tracking of card and cash operations and balances — for you and the people you share them with.
Many banks offer no joint access: only the cardholder sees the card's operations. Control You Money gathers the operations of your cards and cash in one place and shows them to you and to the people you grant access — in a web browser on any device, including iPhone, and in an Android app.
Features
- Operations from bank notifications. With your permission, the Android app reads notifications of banking apps and turns them into operations: amount, card, merchant, balance.
- Templates for any bank. Notification formats are described by templates. A notification that cannot be recognized does not change the balance; it waits for a matching template.
- Manual accounts and operations. Cash and other accounts without notifications are kept by hand. Balances change only through operations; a mismatch with the bank is fixed with an adjustment.
- Sharing. The “Share” button gives another person access to an account and its operations by e-mail.
- Tags and auto-tags. Operations are tagged; tags are assigned automatically by merchant name.
Getting started
- Sign in at control-you.money with your Google account.
- On Android, install the app, turn on notification forwarding under “More” and grant notification access.
- Share accounts with your family — they will see them after signing in with their own Google account.
Your data
Sign-in is via Google: the app receives only your name, e-mail and profile picture. Only notifications of the banking apps listed under “Banks” are read. Data is stored on a server in the EU and is never sold or shared with third parties. See the privacy policy.
